If you log out from any of the Mail Express web pages by clicking Sign out, then decide to log back in by clicking Sign in, the System Login Page appears. You can type your administrator, internal, or external account credentials to go to the pages that your account has permission to access. For example, suppose you are administering Mail Express, and then want to log in as an internal user to verify your changes. When you click Sign out, the System Login Page will appear on which you can provide your internal user credentials, then click Sign in. The internal user Send Files page will appear.
To log back in to the same portal or to a different portal
Click Sign out (if you're not already signed out). The Log Off Successful page appears.

Do one of the following:
Click Sign in. The System Login Page appears.

Click Home page, then on the Welcome to Mail Express page, click Drop-Off Portal (external accounts) or Internal Portal (internal accounts).
Provide your username and password, then click Sign in. (On the System Login Page, you can use your administrator, internal, or external account credentials to log in.)
